Great day on Lake Michigan, but the winds did get shifty as the day went on.
The Columbia Yacht Club hosted the COLORS regatta on June 2-3 in Chicago, Illinois. The racing featured several One Design classes, including Farr 40s, J 111s, T-10s and J 105s. _Mare _took the overall win at the 2012 Atlantic Cup presented by 11th Hour Racing. The series consisted of doublehanded offshore legs from Charleston, S.C., to New York, N.Y., and from N.Y. to Newport, R.I., along with inshore races. Photos by Billy Black.
