NOR Amendment #1 – Applies to the IRC Classes ONLY.
Pre-Registration is now CLOSED. If you’d like to race this weekend please come to Registration on Thursday, September 20th from 5:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Houston Yacht Club. Bring in your waiver forms at this time. A late fee of $50 will be charged for all entries received and/or paid for after September 4, 2007
The Deadline for classes to form is May 21, 2007. A late fee of $50 will be charged for all entries received after May 14, 2007

2007 Sperry Top-Sider Detroit NOOD Official Notice of Race.
It was slow going for many of the 14 classes on Sunday. In the end, Scott Tempesta’s /Anarchy/ placed first in the Flying Tiger class and was named Boat of the Regatta.
On highly competitive St. Patrick’s Day, Rusty Nelson’s /Wild Card/ found luck in the J/80, while Terry Smith kept /Rippin’/ in the Catalina 36.
Winds in the 12- to 17-knot range sparked exciting racing on Day 1 of the 2007 Sperry Top-Sider San Diego NOOD.
