AMENDMENT TO THE NOTICE OF RACE #1
(Applies only to boats entered in IRC Classes)
Add the following to each Section of the Notice of Race where applicable:
1 Rules
IRC Rules Parts 1, 2, and 3 shall apply.
2 Eligibility
Boats shall submit a copy of their IRC certificate not later than May 21, 2007. No alterations in a boat’s TCC will be permitted after this date except as a result of a rating protest, or to correct rating office errors
IRC Rules 27.4.2 and 27.4.3 shall not apply
IRC TCC shall be greater than 1.06. If a sufficient number of boats wish to race with IRC TCC’s less than 1.06, another class will be considered
Boats racing under IRC shall hold IRC ENDORSED certificates
