US Multihull Championships

Lars Guck goes undefeated through 11 races to take the U.S. Championship.

With 11-first place finishes, Lars Guck (Barrington, R.I.) took the title at the U.S. Multihull Championships, hosted by the Bristol Yacht Club from September 18th to 21st, 2014. Guck, who already multiple A-Cat North American Championship titles, finished 18 points ahead of second-place Andrew Gaynor, with Philip Kinder placing third.

The regatta was sailed on A-Class Catamarans for the first time in the event’s history. This championship rotates designs each year to showcase the vareity and depth of classes in multihull racing.
