Race day was sunny with fairly light wind conditions, 5-10 knots from the South East most of the day. There was a large turnout of spectators at Brant Point watching the procession of boats out of the harbor. After the start the boats spread out quickly, but the Spirit of Tradition class stayed close. W boat Equus lead a very tight group of 12-Metres around the Great Point mark on their way to finishing Second Overall. Valiant beat out Quest for First to Finish honors and took First Place Overall.
