10/30 Louis Vuitton Race Schedule
The weather is expected to be good for racing again on Wednesday and the Race Committee has scheduled two flights of racing to make up for lost days over the past week. Racing will not start before 10:30, and will be conducted on the shorter, 12.5 mile, Course B.
In the morning grouping theres an all-Italian affair with Mascalzone Latino meeting Pradas Luna Rossa. Prada won its fourth consecutive match on Tuesday before requesting a postponement of its second match after suffering gear failure on a winch.
The Swedish Orm after winning two points on Tuesday, meets Oracle BMW Racing, a team that will be anxious to get some action after being sidelined for five days through various delays. Both Peter Holmberg and Chris Dickson are on the crew list, Larry Ellison is not. OneWorld meets Stars & Stripes and the GBR Challenge tackles Alinghi.
In the afternoon, the highlight match is between Oracle BMW Racing and OneWorld. Victory Challenge, in its second big match of the day meets Luna Rossa. Team Dennis Conner takes on the French Le Defi and Wight Lightning faces Mascalzone Latino.
