Mustang Survival is asking that all customers who have purchased an MD3020 AirForce by Mustang Inflatable Pouch Personal Flotation Device (PFD) send their PFD in for a voluntary refit. This PFD is in compliance with UL1180 requirements and USCG, however, Mustang has determined that the potential exists for a possible separation of the inflatable cell from its belted pouch carrier during inflation.
